We usually use carton packaging, the box is wrapped with bubble film, and a wooden frame is used to reinforce the carton.
Procedure：
1. After the production and inspection of the products are completed, the carton packaging will be done next. First, the foam is placed at the bottom of the carton in preparation for panel packing.
2. Then, each panel in the carton is lined with EPE foam board and bubble wrap respectively.
3. When finished, foam is placed on the top of the carton to ensure that the panels are wrapped well.
4. Regarding the packaging of the ceramic toilet, glass, and countertop, we pack them into a cardboard box covered with a wooden frame. This is especially important to prevent the countertop and glass from breaking during shipping.
5. If there is no wooden frame, the outside of the carton will be fixed up with tools such as tape or plastic rope.
6. Finally, the pre-packed cartons will be unloaded to the warehouse for shipment.
